Siobhan McLoughlin

Siobhan has over nine years’ experience in fund registrations and has a strong knowledge of UCITS, AIFMD and CBDF, including assisting clients with their cross-border registration and ongoing regulatory requirements.

At Waystone, Siobhan manages the day-to-day activity needed to ensure the UCITS, AIFs and other fund structures Waystone manages receive and retain the appropriate marketing permissions globally. In this role, Siobhan works closely with regulators, particularly the CSSF, CBI and FCA and liaises with service providers across functional and geographic boundaries to implement and maintain fund registrations for a diverse range of clients.
Prior to joining Waystone, Siobhan was Senior Executive, Funds Registration at Simmons & Simmons LLP where she managed the Fund Registration Service Team, assisting clients with their cross-border registrations and ongoing regulatory requirements. In this role, Siobhan also assisted with the KIID production service and its associated legal requirements.

Siobhan holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Greenwich, London.
